We’ve (SAP) got two new courses just opened for enrollment today and you’re invited to sign up!
The first is SAP Leonardo Design-Led Engagements Basics, a follow-on from our nutshell course, SAP Leonardo Design-Led Engagements Demystified. The second is Basics of Design Testing (Edition Q2/2018), which previously ran in 2017 and was popular with our learners.
SAP Leonardo Design-Led Engagements Basics
This is the follow-on course from SAP Leonardo Design-Led Engagements Demystified, and provides a more detailed view of what SAP Leonardo design-led innovation actually means. With the help of a case study inspired by real customer projects, you’ll gain a basic understanding of how design thinking and doing is practiced during the different phases of an SAP Leonardo engagement. The course starts from April 10 and you’ll have five weeks to earn your Record of Achievement. Enrollment is now open.
Basics of Design Testing (Edition Q2/2018)
This course focuses on design testing, also known as user testing, usability testing, user acceptance testing, or validation. The course introduces all the steps, from planning a test through moderating it, with a special focus on asking good questions and taking proper notes. You’ll also learn how to analyze the notes you collected to iterate your designs, as well as the importance of testing your software designs with real users and implementing their feedback early in the design phase. Enrollment is now open.
