To prepare for further geographical expansion Zalaris has devised a new organization.

The goal is to be as easy as possible to do business and cooperate with for the customer.
The organisation is created to improve customer satisfaction by strengthening the geographical locations, strengthening and simplifying Service Management and increasing Zalaris employees' satisfaction and possibilities for career development.
Zalaris will operate in a matrix organization with two main dimensions Business Geographic Regions (Northern Europe, UK & Ireland, Central Europe and Asia Pacific) and Service & Product Line Concept.
The Business Geographic Region for Northern Europe will be led by Øyvind Reiten. For UK & Ireland Jerry Chilvers, for Central Europe Harald Goetsch and for Asia Pacific Balakrishnan Narayanan will lead the regions.
There will be country managers that lead the location and coordinate deliveries across the segments.
The appointed Norwegian country manager is Øyvind Reiten and the Swedish country manager is Ia-Pia Emanuelsson.
