- experiences with implementation of
ONE process and ONE system in a global company.
Jørgen Pedersen, Director Compensation has been project leader for a SAP based Performance Management solution, which -
along with the SAP Portal - has been implemented globally
for all their white collar employees
(3,500 employees from Europe, Americas and APAC).
Sauer-Danfoss has a strategy of using SAP for HR Information Systems, and Jørgen Pedersen will also briefly show how Performance Management fits into the SAP landscape, hereunder which other HRIS systems they are using and planning to implement. The presentation will be from the business side.

Presentation is based on the release including Enhancement Pack 4. We will get information regarding maintenance of competences and how to use the information in the SAP system, focusing reports. We will also get an overview in the area of performance management.
