Erfaringer fra DnB NOR
Per Eide har har jobbet med kompetanseutvikling i DnB/ DnB NOR siden 1998, og har siden 2000 vært konsernansvarlig for e-læring. Tidligere har han både jobbet som lektor innenfor skoleverket og som markedsansvarlig i to forsikringsselskaper .
Hans lange jobberfaring har gjort at han er meget kompetent på læringmetoder, og da spesielt e-læring. På Nordic Connection Conference i Malmø får du høre om DnB NORs erfaringer ved implementasjon av eLearning

SAP og Adobe startet samarbeidet med integrering av Adobe Pdf teknologi i SAP NetWeaver i 2002. Målet var å skape en brukervennlig og bransjeledende skjema og utskriftsløsning samt utvide forretningsprosessene til å kunne omfatte brukere som ikke var knyttet til SAP systemet.
eProcess Consulting AS har levert løsninger basert på Adobe teknologi i det Skandinaviske markedet siden oppstart i 2000 og en stor del av disse løsningene er levert til SAP kunder.
Vi vil i vår presentasjon vise hvorledes Adobe teknologi kan gjøre SAP enda bedre og mer brukervennlig.
Vi vil dele vår erfaring med interaktive skjema med dere og supplere med tips og triks for hvorledes man kan komme i gang med Adobe Interactive Forms.  Presentasjonen vil bli gjennomført i samarbeid med NL4B (www.nl4b.com) som er vår kurs samarbeidspartner.

 Transforming the Role and Value of Human Capital Management with SAP ERP
Dr. Acosta-Flamma designs and implements EMEA-wide business development programs. Christian received a scholarship from SAP and joined in 2002 as a PhD student in Management Sciences. His research topic focused on the effects of HR Technologies on HR efficiency and HR effectiveness when deployed within multinational organisations.
He has experience from a role of Global HRIS Solution Architect at SAP’s Global HR Operations, where he served as a Business Advocate between HR & IT. Throughout his tenure, Christian has helped to design, implement and challenge the internal HRIS architecture on topics such as: Shared Service Centre, Corporate Portal, HR process harmonisation & re-engineering.
Christian has worked in many countries and with virtually all industries, including manufacturing, financial services, technology, and retail. Prior to joining SAP, Dr. Acosta-Flamma hold several managerial positions in the pharmaceutical industry in Germany and across Europe.
Mr Acosta-Flamma is in demand as a guest lecturer on a range of strategic Human Resource Management topics and has spoken at many HR conferences around Europe, ESADE Business School during Executive Education, MBA and various undergraduate programs.

Selecting, implementing and maintaining an ERP system
The presentation will focus on some important aspects regarding the different phases of an implementation project at Institute for energy technology (IFE) from a customer perspective.
From the selection phase some of the experiences from the requirement specification, supplier evaluation and contractual work will be discussed. In addition the scope of IFE´s SAP implementation will be presented. The experiences from the implementation phase will include business modeling, documentation, roles, testing, authorizations, project management/coordination, business blueprint, training and change management. For the maintenance phase the presentation will focus on what kind of measures IFE has taken related to the management of the SAP solution. These measures include establishment of the support organization, issue tracker, documentation and business process improvement. The presentation will also give a short overview of the future plans for IFE related to SAP.
