For main course we will have: Herbes de Provence-Crusted Lamb combined with a delicate wine, St Penfolds Rawson Retreat Shiraz Cabernet.
A Delicious Chocolate Cake, flavoured with
Cointreau and served
with raspberries, coffee and cognac.
The menu is created by Tobias Roth, author of several cook books and proud winner of “ chef of year” several times.
