Tipp from Rainer Hettinger; (One of the speakers at the SBN conference and the text is cut from his e-mail)
Hallo Eva-Maria, maybe this important Hopenhagen initiative and the link would be worth for your Newsletters?
Not only as it takes place in the Nordics. The credibility is underlined that SAP, Siemens and others are under the sponsors (see partners)
Best regards Rainer

Hopenhagen - a working solution to climate change.
The United Nations has developed a petition requesting governments who will be meeting in Copenhagen in December to come together to create a working solution to climate change.
Apparently this is a first - the UN appealing directly to global citizens to show their governments that they support action.
The campaign is called Hopenhagen, encouraging us to change Cope to Hope.
The city of Copenhagen itself will change its highway and airport signs from Copenhagen to Hopenhagen for the event.
A host of international companies are sponsoring the petition or assisting with the advertising. The petition was created to give young people in particular a way to send a message directly to their leaders, and watch the number of signatories grow. Hence it is a way a to engage your kids. However, I feel we all have a stake and responsibility in this and thus might also be willing to take the 1 minute required to log on, read the extremely short petition, sign it and enter a sentence about what gives us hope for the future.
Hopenhagen is on Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and Utube.
Sign the petition. Forward it to friends. Yes it can make a difference. http://www.hopenhagen.org/
