The social program contains a guided tour in the construction work in respect of bridge and tunnel. Tuesday evening we start with a bear and a dinner buffet and “The dinner night” we will have dinner including wine and other beverages and a great entertainment program. The language is mixed, its English, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish. We will all do our best to understand each other and verifying questions are off course very welcome by everyone.

Internationell handel ur ett nordiskt perspektiv

- Översikt för användare på chefsnivå Vi lever i en värld där den internationella handeln ökar i och med att världen blir allt mer globaliserad och interagerad. För många företag innebär detta stora möjligheter när antalet potentiella kunder ökar, dock ökar också konkurrensen. För att man ska kunna vara med och tävla på den internationella marknaden krävs att man har kvalitetssäkrat sina import och export processer. Både för att minimera momskostnader och avgifter men också för att säkerställa att man kan uppfylla leveranstider och leveranskrav. I och med att nya EU direktiv införs den 1:a juli 2009 kommer det bli ännu viktigare. Allt gods som passerar in eller ut ur EU måste föranmälas. Samtidigt införs en certifiering (AEO) på EU-nivå som ger de certifierade företagen möjlighet till ett förenklat tullförfarande. SAP tillhandahåller i ERP licensen ett mycket kompetent verktyg för hantering av import och exportprocesser, nämligen Foreign Trade som utökar funktionaliteten i MM och SD. Med Foreign Trade får man total kontroll över sina processer och man får en bättre spårbarhet genom hela flödet. Det finns även en cockpit där all information rörande import och export finns samlad - en överblick som annars kan vara svår att åstadkomma. Tillsammans ger detta de verktyg man behöver för att skapa konkurrenskraftiga import och exportprocesser. Kursen kommer att fokusera på de följande områdena: • Vilka är de stora fördelarna med att använda Foreign Trade • Nya EU-direktiv och möjligheter med AEO-certifiering • Skaffa överblick med Foreign Trades Cockpit • Vad krävs för att sätta upp Forign Trade

Data Master Management Overview

Baserat på erfarenehter från bland annat SRM-MDM katalogprojekt i StatoilHydro ges en genomgång på två timmar av SAPs MDM produkt och de möjligheter den ger. MDM är en bra lösning om du har flera databaser för samma sak även om du arbetar bara med ett SAP system. I StatoilHydro har man bytt ut den gamle SRM katalogen till en nya katalog basert på MDM. Foredraget vil ta for seg även erfarenheter från detta projekt och även projekt. Perpektiv som hur det ser ut för brukerne/användarna/users och administratörer samt externt som Shopping cart mm. Föredraget adresserar också lite teknik som ett typiskt landskap med MDM.
