- New Web Channel Experience Mgmt Solution (big focus by SAP over last years to reflect the very high importance of the web as a channel for sales, service, marketing)
- CRM related Rapid-deployment solutions (RDS) as quick time to value option (implemented in ~8 weeks with predefined scope, on premise or hosted) for sales, service and marketing and also for Sybase Mobile Sales, Business Communications Mgmt. RDS is a new systematic and strategic approach within SAP.
- New Sales onDemand Solution for team based selling in more complex opportunities (new UI paradigm using Social Media user paradigms such as feeds, etc – user follows accounts, etc. – Facebook style UI)
