Webcast; Customer Engagement – Take part in development of  solutions on your whishing list .

In 2012, SAP would like to involve the SBN members at an earlier stage of the development process of SAP by inviting them to a program called Customer Engagement Initiative.
In the Customer Engagement program, customers and partners get the chance to regularly join development projects that are executed at SAP, to influence the product direction much earlier than the Ramp-Up.  In this way SAP would like to ensure the right solutions are built and enable participants to get an early insight into SAP’s product plans.

There is also a program called Customer Connection, it focuses on continuously improving SAP solutions which are in maintenance (ready and implemented with customers).

Within this webcast, Marco Dorn will explain how the program works and what it means to join an offered project.
