AditroAbout Ia-Pia Emanuelsson:
Ia-Pia has her base on solid education and a long work related experience within SAP. She holds degrees in Human Resource from Stockholm University and an Executive MBA in Financial Management from Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshögskolan). During 1994-2006 Ia-Pia worked within SAP implementations at different positions at Ericsson and SonyEricsson. This forms the perfect platform for this new challenge.

Since a few years Ia-Pia is married and lives with her family in a house just outside of Stockholm. Her spare time is spent mostly by being active. Out-door activities like skiing, diving and playing golf are a few of her interests. When not being on the go, she likes also to spend time with family and friends. Although, this current position as Team Manager requires a lot of travel and that tightens her schedule for leisure time a bit.
What Aditro does within SAP.

Ia-Pia Emanuelsson has a clear objective; that is to establish Aditro on the Swedish SAP market and make the company a top provider of SAP HR services including consultants, application management services, projects, BPO and ASP. Aditro is a strong and reliable partner knowledgeable in HR and SAP. Ia-Pia reports to Markus Ulfstedt, responsible for the SAP HR in the Nordic region. He is located in Finland.

For the moment Ia-Pia is in her start-up phase. She’s been recruiting new personnel, establishing partnerships, working hard with sales and marketing. For instance, Aditro will be attending and giving an interesting workshop at the Nordic Connection Conference in 18-19 March 2009.

A flying start

Since Aditro is able to offer competitive employment terms and has a generous HR policy that support individuals to obtain balance in life, the recruitment of very competent SAP consultants has been fairly easy. With the base in Norrköping the staff is in full business and is very appreciated by customers.
Ia-Pia Emanuelsson says: “- I spend at least a day a week in the office in Norrköping. It’s fantastic to see how well the Aditro concept works in reality. Personally, I really enjoy working for this company because I’m given the opportunity to choose to work from my home office, Sundbyberg or Norrköping. Another advantage is that Human Resources are Aditro’s core business; everyone within Aditro has a HR focus. This is a big difference compared to being in large company were HR is just an administrative process to support the production and sales business. “

The SAP market in Sweden

“The Swedish market for our services is growing, but it could grow faster. If all players within the SAP sphere could cooperate the quality within all ongoing HR projects would increase. With higher quality you get satisfied customers and satisfied customers come back for more – that’s my experience” concludes Ia-Pia Emanuelsson.

Outsourcing a cost saver?

When considering outsourcing of business processes there are certain steps and decisions that need to be taken; e.g. when is the company ready for an outsourcing partner, what business process is suitable for outsourcing and to what partner.
