There are many circumstances when the challenge of providing production data from the SAP HR system is further complicated by the need to scramble sensitive HR data and make it anonymous. Furthermore, in order to ensure the quality of the results, the data provided must be extensive and current.

Quick Document Builder (AQDB) - automated correspondence creation in SAP HR

Accenture Quick Document Builder is explained in the exhibition area.
See the SAP NetWeaver based solution which can automate your employee-correspondence and –documents. It has a unique interface to Microsoft Word in order to integrate SAP ERP HCM and SAP E-Recruiting data and processes. The creation and maintenance of documents templates and text modules is taking place in a user-known and accepted editor environment – MS Word.  Make SAP Data for your documents automatically and in real time available by keying in criteria such as personnel number and effective date. Furthermore documents-/e-mailtemplates and textmodules are being administrated within a web-based “Templates Management” to ensure high quality correspondences and prevent the usage of non-approved templates.

På grunn av nye lover og regler er oppfølging av sykefravær er satt mer i fokus hos bedrifter. Det har også en positiv effekt på bunnlinjen. Vi presenterer en ny løsning i forbindelse med oppfølging av sykefravær iht. ny prosedyre og IA-avtalen, med blant annet Adobe Interactive Forms som en del av funksjonaliteten. Videre vil bedriftsoverlegen i Ringnes (som også er en del av IA utvalget til regjeringen) snakke om hvordan Ringnes aktivt jobber med oppfølging av egne ansatte, og hvordan Ringnes bruker løsningen”.
