 Hydro IS Partner - Construction of a state-of-the-art customer service infrastructure
Amongst a full range of IT/IS services, Hydro IS Partner is providing hosting and application management services, covering close to 25.000 SAP users, spread over more than 450 locations worldwide.
In search for continuous improvement of the IT/IS service delivery, and leveraging state-of-the-art solutions, Hydro IS Partner is running a program that will thoroughly re-shape its support infrastructure. Critical in this process is a proof-of-concept, aiming at proofing the capability of SAP's Customer Interaction Center to be the core solution handling all customer service processes. These processes range from order management to incident and problem handling, and are using ITIL as their foundation.
Targeting seamless integration of the customer service processes, interfacing to HP Openview, SAP Solution Manager and the SAP R/3 back-office is high on the agenda of this ambitious program.

Baserat på SAP funktionalitet LES och lösningar från MECTEC med applicering av streckkodsetiketter så har vi skapat en lösning som förbättrar ledtider, håller koll på godset och minskar svinnet. Enkelt utryckt märks allt gods vid packning, får lagerplats från SAP och vid placering på lagerplats läses monterade RFID sensorer av, när truckarna kör över.
Bo Allansson beskriver den SAP lösning man hade och har nu, samt den integration som byggts för att tillvarata den integrering via XI som byggts mot streckkodsappliceringssystemet. Enabling a pan-Nordic organization through outsourced HR processes based on SAP HR
Increasingly, leading companies organize their teams and organizations on a pan-Nordic or cross border basis. Drivers for this are customer orientation, cost focus or the need for utilizing scarce talent optimally, and/or enabling the sharing of best practice across the traditional country organization. This operating model is being used by small and large players ranging from companies as Goodyear with a Nordic presence of approximately 150 employees to Nordea with 30’000 employees.
Even though the multi-country spanning organization has many advantages – a number of challenges must be overcome to make it work in practice and not only in theory.
One of the key challenges is how to you manage and lead such a physical disbursed and culturally different team on a daily basis. How can the pan-Nordic team leader handle “simple” practical manners ranging from approving travel expenses and flex time arrangements to perform personnel development oriented tasks as holding and documenting performance appraisals.
The ability to handle such cross-border complexity in a standardized and harmonized manner is one of the key advantages in implementing SAP HR with web based Employee and Manager Self Service.
I will discuss the benefits and challenges exemplified with client cases gained from implementing a number of such pan-Nordic SAP HR based solutions throughout the last six years.

Att man skapar bekväm användning av mobilen till något mer än enbart samtal är motiverat och nyttigt. Det kan finnas en avvägning att göra mellan användande av teknik, analysverktyg och den personliga integriteten.

 Mobil telefon räcker för säker signering över Internet
Detta föredrag beskriver med utgångspunkt i BankID-konceptet hur det är möjligt att med hög säkerhet identifiera och signera transaktioner över Internet med hjälp av mobilen (Wireless PKI, WPKI).
En översikt av internetsäkerhetsområdet och fördjupar mig i BankID som är ett svenskt sammarbete mellan banker, operatörer och telekomindustri. Konceptet bygger på en e-legitimation som är lika personlig som ett körkort eller ett vanligt ID-kort, vilken kunden kan ha på mobilen. BankID bankerna har tillsammans ca 3,6 miljoner e-kunder och styrkan i konceptet är att ursprungsidentifieringen är gjord för samtliga e-kunder. Det är enkelt för kunden att använda och öppnar därför helt nya möjligheter.

Concepts and value when Panorama and SAP work together. Super-Sol covers many niches in a small nation. Israel's top supermarket chain (with nearly a 40% market share), the company is implementing its latest strategy (originally announced in 2004) under which the Super-Sol brand will operate in three formats: Super-Sol Deal (discount; 29 stores), Super-Sol Big (formerly Cosmos; 30 stores), and Super-Sol Sheli (neighborhood chain comprised of former brands Hyperneto, Clubmarket, and Hatzi Kupa; 125 stores). The firm is also expanding the Zol Po store format and is launching Super-Sol credit cards. Consumers can also shop via phone, fax, or the Internet (Net-Sal unit). Israeli investment firm IDB Holding, through its subsidiaries, controls Super-Sol and its divisions.
